Merchandise Return Policy
A valid receipt is required for ALL returns or exchanges.

Non-Used or Defective Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Partially Used Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  Partially used items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. 

The following products are NOT eligible for return:

• Opened Hair Color
• Opened Nail Polish
• Opened Cosmetics
• Combs, Brushes, and Hair Accessories
• Hair Extensions
  

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds over $50.00 require management approval.  For items purchased with a check, a refund check will be mailed.

Price Adjustment: A one-time price adjustment will be issued when a valid receipt is presented within 7 days of purchase.

Salon Service Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your salon service, please contact the salon immediately (within one week of your service) and arrange for a consultation with your Stylist and/or Salon Manager.  An appointment may be scheduled at that time for your service to be redone (at the next available opportunity) at no additional charge.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be used for retail and/or salon services at any NW Beauty or Beauty Works location.  However, we are unable to accept them as a form of payment for online purchases at this time.  To check a gift card balance please, call 509.483.9500 x103 during normal business hours.  Click here to purchase a gift card online.
